In this fast paced and varied role, you will be the dedicated contact within JELD WEN for Door Kits customers. In this important role you will provide world class levels of customer service, order entry and general account management.

The role would suit someone who has previous customer service experience, whether that be from a retail background or currently in a similar role. There are training and development opportunities, whilst being a part of a friendly and supportive team.

**What your impact will be**:

- Be a strong team player with a collaborative approach, working together as a team to ensure the customer is always at the heart of everything we do
- Deal with inbound & outbound phone calls
- Produce accurate quotations with detailed analysis from the customer information
- Responding to the customer with any issues, errors, or complications in a timely manner
- Retrieving customer information from Salesforce with regards to quotes and orders

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service based role
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- High levels of active listening, empathy, and resilience
- Highly motivated, with a passion for customer service with a drive to complete tasks
- Attention to detail
- IT Literate - MS Office such as Word and basic Excel
