**Transport Administrative assistant.**

We are currently looking for an administrative assistant who has good communication, organisational, customer service and time-management skills with a great telephone manner.

You will need great multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to a high level of accuracy. You will also need an excellent telephone manner with good problem-solving skills.

**DUTIES**
- Answering and directing all calls
- Providing admin support
- Dealing with customers professionally and politely, while maximising customer service
- Raising charges to customers resulting from damages
- Communicating effectively with other colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries.
- General clerical duties; scanning, photocopying, filing.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent administration experience
- Experience of working in a transport office or workshop, scaffolding, plant,
- Basic IT knowledge
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise work
- High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
