**Hi Vis Hire Recruitment** are the appointed recruitment partner for **Alltruck Commercials,** who provide a wide range of services for commercial vehicle customers throughout Scotland and are soon becoming a Mercedes-Benz Trucks after-sales approved repairer.

As a result, Alltruck Commercial Vehicle Repairs are looking a Warranty Administrator to join their ever expanding and successful team based in Grangemouth.

You will be the responsible for collating estimates, invoices and submitting warranty claims. In addition, you will support the service dept and ensure all part returns are stored and available for return to the manufacturer.

Ideally with a background in warranty/service administration, you must have excellent time management skills and always think with the customer in mind. The ability to work well as part of a team and deliver consistent performance in a fast paced environment is key in this role.

**What are we looking for?**
- Motivated and driven individuals with a 'can do' attitude
- Experience within a customer focused environment, ideally within the automotive or transport sector, or with a service background.
- Well organised, with the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Effective communicators with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative
- A basic knowledge of commercial vehicles including HGV’s, parts and servicing would be advantageous but not essential
