**Are you motivated and want to make money?**

We are looking for someone to join our young fresh team and take responsibility for securing new cleaning projects for commercial and residential clients.

You will recieve an hourly rate PLUS commission for every deal secured.

You will be rewarded for your innovative thinking and assisting with growing our cleaning business.

**TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, PLEASE ANSWER THE BELOW QUESTIONS**:
1. Can you describe a time when you successfully handled a difficult client or a challenging sales situation? How did you approach the problem, and what was the outcome?

2. What strategies do you use to prospect for new clients and generate leads? How do you stay motivated and persistent in the face of rejection?

**Responsibilities**:

- Use our CRM to target new and existing clients offering them deep cleans, regular cleans, and commercial cleans
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate representative
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues or complaints
- Administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, processing orders, and updating cleaners schedules
- Conduct product research and stay updated on the latest features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences

Qualifications:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for processing orders, calculating discounts, and providing accurate pricing information
- Previous experience in sales is required
- Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
