**HR Assistant**

Damira Dental Studios Ltd, a successful and growing dental corporate is looking for a HR Assistant to join our Support Office, providing HR support to our dental practices.

**The role**:
Working with a very supportive and committed HR team the role will be providing HR services to Damira’s dental practices across England.

The role is a HR generalist role, and you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle of our team members and also exciting HR projects as we develop and enhance our people management strategies.

The role will be responsible for:

- Advertising vacancies
- Offer letters and contracts
- Onboarding and induction of practice employees
- Management of probation reviews
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Sickness and absence management
- Employee relations issues
- Contract variations
- Note taking at meetings
- Annual appraisal process
- Assisting with payroll preparation
- Maintaining employee confidence by keeping all human resources information confidential
- HR projects

**The Detail**:

- The role will be based in our support office, High Barn, Pinner Hill Farm, Pinner Hill Road, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 3YQ
- Hours are 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
