**Inbound Sales Advisor**
- **Salary**:_£10.50 - £11.00 per hour (+ commission)
- **Hours**:_Working 37.5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern across the opening hours of our business which are:
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm

Saturday 9.00am - 6.00pm

Sunday 10am - 4.00pm

- **The Role**_
- Answering **incoming calls** from new customers looking to go through quotes for travel insurance and get those policies set up
- Excellent listening skills to ensure all information is recorded accurately
- Ability to bring a strong rapport with customers
- Proficient with using computer systems
- When needed making outbound calls to customers who have been through their insurance quote online and may need additional support

All successful applicants will have a soft search Credit Check and DBS check prior to starting their role.
