Chief Financial Officer | Property | Gibraltar | £Excellent Salary Package | Office Based

The Role

Experienced Chief Financial Officer required for an International Property company with a base in the thriving jurisdiction of Gibraltar. The successful applicant will be the leader of all the financial management and reporting pack, financial risk, taxand operational functions. The Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO and the Board.

What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for all accounting, investments, tax, cash flow and overall finance oversight
- Oversee budget, tax, risk functions and ensures that financial policies and procedures meet objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for financial policy and planning.
- Oversee all financial transactions and special ad hoc projects.
- Assess and evaluates the financial performance of the organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
- Liaise and coordinate with external providers as necessary to support the finance and operational role.
- Participate in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or similar
- A high level financial knowledge of the property/construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Financial analytics expertise, advanced Excel skills
