Harrods presents an exciting opportunity to join our Creative team as The Project Co-ordinator who will work with the Project Manager to deliver communications across our online platforms. They will work with multiple internal teams and stakeholders throughout the business to ensure outputs across the channels have a cohesive message and creative is in-line with the business direction.

**About the Role**

This role requires having a clear understanding of the business direction and guiding projects to meet the business objectives. The workflow includes; resource scheduling, brief delivery, design and copy, approvals and coding. Also working with the Project Manager to forward plan resource, identifying when we are over capacity and work on solutions. You would also be required to be a key contributor in daily team stand-ups and weekly Project Managers meetings to share and update on project status.

Other responsibilities and attributes include:

- Having the ability to work timely under pressure.
- Managing project schedules for all briefs which fall under the role’s channel remits.
- Overseeing all approval stages with both internal and external stakeholders for briefs mainly using our internal approval platform, Proof HQ.
- Multiple Trello boards ensuring that the numerous fields and time tracking are completed correctly across internal teams to assist with internal reporting and project monitoring.
- The resource and traffic management of your projects within the creative team.
- Being a key contributor in daily team stand-ups and weekly Project Managers meetings to share and update on project status.

**About You**

You must have very strong organisational skills as well as show strong integrity, energy and enthusiasm to multi-task. You excel in overseeing timelines and resources whilst your collaborative approach will ensure efficient project delivery while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

- Genuinely passionate about process - following, developing and implementing.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills required.
- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Ability to manage workflows
- Able to think coolly in stressful situations, dealing professionally and objectively with colleagues from across all departments, senior management and third parties.
- Working knowledge of Trello would be beneficial
