**About the Role**

The Procurement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing client projects and budgets within the company's guidelines, with a primary focus on enhancing profitability in Interior Design projects. This role involves collaborating with designers to create precise project cost estimates and diligently maintaining them on the Interior Design procurement system as projects progress.

You will be interfacing with suppliers to order and procure necessary project items, taking responsibility for generating sales orders and purchase records on SAP while meticulously tracking each transaction's payment.

You will also:

- Contribute to ad hoc tasks, such as maintaining well-organized office filing systems
- Assist in the training of new team members, and fostering seamless collaboration among the administrative and buying teams, design team, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Serve as a pillar for effective project management and profitability optimization within the Interior Design domain.

**About You**

As a successful Procurement Coordinator, you will be an effective communicator with strong attention to detail and strong administration skills. You will have great customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties as well as excellent interpersonal skills and time management.

You will also:

- Have outstanding working knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAP experience would be ideal.
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to Harrods values.
- Ability to perform duties effectively and independently.

**About Us**

Harrods is one of the world’s leading luxury department stores and we’re becoming a destination for top designers, and the most sought-after brands from around the globe. Our combined mission is to make visiting our iconic Knightsbridge store one of the world’s most inspiring shopping experiences.

**Our Promise to You**

Help us make the impossible possible for our customers and we’ll do something remarkable for you. As well as offering a friendly environment to inspire your best work, we provide abundant opportunities and support to build an exceptional career across the varied specialisms of our business.

In return you’ll receive an excellent benefits package, including a company pension, flexible working, 22 days’ holiday, and your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including across our food hall and restaurants) and a season ticket loan.

**Uniquely You**

While our job adverts outline the ideal qualities, skills, and prior experience for the role, we believe in the potential for growth and value individual strengths. If you do not meet every desired criteria but feel you have the skills and experience to thrive in this role as well as a genuine interest in working for Harrods and you can demonstrate an alignment with our values, we would encourage you to apply.
