We have developed a reputation for quality, design and reliability over a very short period of time within our industry. We are now being approached by award winning and celebrity gardeners and designers to be involved in their projects for 2025.

Our core product range includes items such as planters, benches, steel edging, laser cut screens, chimineas, gas fire pits, water features, etc.

We undertake bespoke commissions on a regular basis for garden designers and architects.

We’re looking for the Cristiano Ronaldo/ Lionel Messi of the Fabricating world.

Experienced, Talented, Creative, Dedicated

We’re looking for an experienced lead fabricator who can hit the ground running in a specialised fabrication/engineering project department.

This role will employ all the skills of an experienced fabricator with a bias towards the engineering of bespoke, complex and unique solutions to the design requirements of leading garden designers and consumers.

We are looking for talent, commitment and drive from the right person, as well as a genuine enthusiasm to design, develop and manufacture projects from anything from a sketched out design to fruition.

This is not a role for the faint hearted or those who cannot provide the skill set required.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Working with colleagues, designers and other engineers/fabricators to develop plans for manufacturing products
- Choosing the right materials for a project by considering factors such as strength, durability, cost and availability
- Designing the manufacturing process by determining the order of operations
- Overseeing the production process to ensure all products meet quality and safety standards
- Troubleshooting issues that occur during the fabrication process
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in fabrication technology
- Join and contribute to project meetings offering ideas and clear advice on the way forward
- Interpreting technical drawings
- Employing different methods of welding including MIG/TIG and embracing other methods as and when required

**Essential Skills, experience and attributes**:

- Extensive experience in fabrication
- Able to calculate project dimensions using sound mathematical skills
- Help our CAD designers to develop and implement design plans and CAD drawings.
- Able to collaborate with team members to ensure project completion by deadline and within budget.
- Check drawings to ensure adherence to design plans without discrepancies.
- Identify and resolve all production problems and issues.
- Excellent proficiency with precision measuring instruments including calipers, tape measures, micrometers and verniers
- Sound abilities in team leadership
- Superior oral communication skills
