We are recruiting for an **Onsite Coordinator** to join our **Challenge Trg** agency onsite team in **Derby, DE21 7HW.**
Our client has recently opened this brand-new fully automated DC in Derby to support the ongoing strategy and growth within the group. Its one of the UK's largest fashion and sportswear retailers. The Company specializes in the sale of sports fashion and outdoor footwear and apparel, combining big global brands.
**Your payrate as an Onsite Coordinator**:
You will receive salary equivalent of £26.700 **with possibility to work extra hours.**
**Job Purpose**:
- Expectations of a On - Site Coordinator for Challenge Trg includes supporting client and workforce daily ensuring delivery of a service level agreement. Building great relationships with both client and workforce to ensure trust and excellent customer service experience. Tackling main recruitment and operational challenges to deliver agreed level of KPI’s.
- Individuals in this role are expected to be flexible with working patterns to support coverage for vacation and ensure client expectations are met with coverage of shifts.
- Working hours will for example be **18:00 - 02:30** twilight shift any 5 days depending on operational needs. Rota provided in advance. (£12.50 ph. for any hours worked 06:00 - 22:00 and £13.50 ph. for any hours worked 2:00 - 06:00)

**Responsibilities as an Onsite Coordinator**:
- Being involved in recruitment activities
- Workforce management which includes but is not limited to time and attendance, absence, performance
- Colleague support, welfare and engagement
- Attending regular briefings and meetings
- Conducting regular warehouse walks
- Customer focused service delivery
- Compliance and H&S
- Data recording and reporting
- Working in a team, but also being self-sufficient
- Great work ethic and loyal personality
- Good Microsoft Office and IT skills
Good verbal and written skills, positive and approachable attitude.
- Proactive approach to problem solving both client and worker issues along with customer service orientation
- A strong team player who is flexible in their approach to the working hours and demands of a 24/7 operation to meet the client requirements
- Be able to work under pressure to tight timescales whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual with a flexible and adaptable “can do” attitude to succeed
- Ability to demonstrate confidentiality, empathy and sensitivity, especially when handling sensitive situations and information
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to learn fast
- Ability to recognise the parameters of your rol
- High attention to detail
