**The Opportunity**

Kite Packaging have a brilliant opportunity for a Warehouse Operative with Driver experience to join their Warehouse team at their Portsmouth site. Kite Packaging was founded in 2001 with a unique vision and a philosophy of employee-ownership. You will be joining our Portsmouth Distribution Centre which consists of warehouse, customer services, purchasing and sales teams. Our distribution centres play a huge part in the business growth strategy through offering first class expertise to help its customer base reduce their total packaging costs.

Shifts will be between the working hours of 06:00am-17:00pm Monday-Friday.

The role of Warehouse Operative/Driver:
Duties will specifically cover the following areas:

- Picking sales orders accurately ensuring targets are met
- Use of barcode scanning handheld devices to record goods in, picking and product movements
- Assisting with additional dispatch, goods in and loading tasks
- Wrap, secure and accurately label finished goods
- Loading vehicles with finished product
- General daily checks and housekeeping duties
- Assisting with stock takes if required

**Key Skills and Operational Requirements**:

- Experienced on any FLT but pivot steer (aisle master) forklift is preferred.
- Experienced in using handheld scanning devices
- Class 2 Licence
- Great eye for detail
- Passion and self-motivated
