Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre, including loading, unloading, and storing goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from vehicles and store them in a safe and secure manner.
- Operate mechanical handling equipment (MHE) to move goods around the warehouse.
- Ensure all operational activity is carried out safely and in line with company policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet performance and productivity targets.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any defects or issues with equipment or the warehouse to the relevant team members.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work at height and in a chilled environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and overtime as required.
