As a Digital Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing the **user interface** for the company’s digital content, including _How to Play_ videos, dashboards, and websites. Your responsibilities will extend beyond design, as you will be involved in the end-to-end process straight through to delivery; including initial **concept creations,** **interactive digital content** and** live website launches**.

**Key Responsibilities for this Digital Designer role**:

- Create engaging designs, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for web-hosted content and ‘How to Play’ videos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Take the lead in developing a comprehensive UI style guide that outlines design principles, components, and interaction patterns.
- Utilise your design skills to craft visually captivating interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs, taking them from initial creation to a fully functioning end product.
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure a cohesive brand experience and consistent design language across all platforms.
- Define and maintain an interactive design language to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across different digital content and platforms.

**Key skills required for the Digital Designer position**:

- A solid grasp of user-centred design principles and best practices to ensure designs are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly.
- Strong visual design skills, and meticulous attention to detail in areas such as typography, responsive layout, colour selection, and data visualisation.
- Accomplished in Adobe XD and Figma, along with a strong command of the wider Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects).
- Skilled in video creation and editing.
- Keen to continuously review and improve processes and products bY staying in the loop with the latest UI design trends and technology.
- An interest in PHP, Javascript/JQuery and HTML is a bonus but not essential.
