We are currently looking to recruit a full-time TreasuryAssistant to support our Finance Team, based at our office in Didcot,Oxfordshire.

We operate a hybrid working model: three days from the office,the remainder of the week from home.

Reporting directly to the Group Treasury Manager the TreasuryAssistant is responsible for monitoring, delivering and improving Treasury andAR processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily andweekly cash reporting
- Support Headof FP&A and Group Treasury Manager in cashflow forecasting
- Performdaily matching in the cashbook
- Preparemonth end cash and bank reconciliations
- ManageDirect Debits
- ManageBarclaycard, including owning the register of cardholders, management of creditlimits, processing of Barclaycard expenses in Concur and preparation andposting of Barclaycard accruals
- Managecustomer refunds and related ledger postings
- ManageAccounts Receivable ledger
- Prepare ageddebtors analysis
- Raiseinvoices and customer statements
- Preparemonth end AR reconciliations
- Look tocontinuously improve and automate Treasury and AR processes
- Support GroupTreasury Manager on adhoc projects, including system implementations such asNetSuite

ABOUT YOU
- Experience working in afast-paced growth environment
- Solid bookkeepingexperience
- Excellent communicationskills
- Experienced user of MicrosoftExcel and a variety of accounting packages
- Good attention to detailand willingness to implement new controls as required
- Curious and able to challengethe status quo when appropriate
- A creative, problem-solvingspirit
