**About the role**

This is a superb opportunity to join Idox as a Bid Support Executive.

This is an entry level role within the Bids team and provides a great platform to build a career within Bids.

With your keen eye for detail and ability to work to deadlines you will work closely with Bid Managers and support the administrative parts of the bid process. This would involve monitoring bid notifications, proof reading bid materials and preparing responses to questions.

This role would allow you to build on your transferable skills and execute a development plan that would see you working towards a Bid Manager role.

With Idox, you will learn more about the software itself, build industry knowledge and develop a set of strong business skills. You will have a buddy from day one, to make sure you can make the most of learning opportunities in the business. **Key responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

- Providing administrative support to the end-to-end Bid process
- Participate virtual bid team meetings
- Ensuring that the correct Idox business approval processes are followed
- Proof reading responses to bid questions
- Continuous enrichment of the Bid process

**To be successful, you’ll need (essential)**:

- A team player
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience in developing bid content
- Able to prioritise tasks effectivelyand work to deadlines
- Self-motivated

**Additional (Desirable) Qualities**:

- Business administration experience
- Communications/marketing/sales support experience
