We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals who enjoys interacting with adults with a range of different needs such as Autism, Mental Health, eating disorders and Challenging Behaviour.

**Support Worker job description**:

- Updating patients’ charts and daily notes to keep track of their progress
- Listening to patients and providing them with relevant feedback and support
- Prompting /Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed clothes.
- Being responsible for the well-being and safety of patients under care
- Seeing to the availability of a patient’s medication at all times
- Interacting respectfully with patients and their relatives (if the need arises)
- Keep all matters related to patients or their families confidential at all times
- Extend support/care period if the need arises
- In the case of serious side effects or health-related issues, notify the patient’s physician and family.
- Observe, monitor and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes.
- Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.

**As a Support Workers you will need to hold the following requirements**:

- At least 6 months experience within UK
- Right to work in the UK
- Be able to provide X2 references covering the last 1 year’s employment.
- DBS In date
- Mandatory training
- Covid 19 Vaccinations
- PMVA Training
