We are looking for a temp, it is a very heavy Admin role with lots of paperwork paying around 15.36 to 17.95 per hour depending on your last salary and HR experience so a salary 30k to 35k

2 Days in the office and other flexible for remote office is based in covent garden near the station

initially thought for 2 months but can be going permanent if good and we don't hire anyone for this role.
People Operations Administrator

What you’ll be doing
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations (employee queries, managing PxC (People & Culture) inbox, Slack channel etc)
- Support employees’ requests, and work with HR Business Partners on any ER cases and HR projects assigned.
- Update our internal databases with employee information, including contact details, employment forms, and accurate data reporting
- Support the team in providing memorable onboarding & meaningful offboarding.
- Support the London office twice a week to ensure our physical work environment enables high performance to achieve our mission
- Support preparation for Payroll by providing relevant data (new hires, bonus, leavers, etc)
- Support in delivering Company-wide people initiatives including our benefit & equity initiatives
What you’ll need to be successful in the role
No day is the same here at so you will have a chance to get exposure to a very wide range of things from small (but important) admin tasks to strateAdministrative experience is essential
Familiarity with HRIS systems (BambooHR is a major plus)
Experience with equity, compensation & benefits administration is desirable
Experience with Google suite
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks, and work both independently and within a team
