In recognition of the importance of maintaining the highest standard in compliance with LC Documents and Records for the Hinkley Point C Project. The role holder will report directly to the Document Control Manager and will provide critical support to the Operations Team for document submittals via HPC’s EDRMS as well as downloading data from Field View.

Reporting to the contract Stock and Systems Manager, the role has line management responsibilities.

Office based role 4-5 days a week in J24 Asset Warehouse with travel to HPC site and other sites at times, occasional WFH when agreed with line manager

Duties and responsibilities:

- Liaising with NNB inventory and Operations, Stock and Systems and Operations teams
- Manage and develop item upload files to the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Recording relative information for every inbound delivery
- Resolve queries raised by Stock and Systems and Operations
- Checking the supplied details are correct and creating item codes for internal use across the HPC project
- Support, develop, guide, coach and manage direct reports; PDP, return to work, annual reviews and regular check ins
- Main point of contact and responsibility for all Life Time Qualify Record queries
- Creation and management of reports for senior management and third parties
- Support Continuous Improvement across sites with a heavy focus of Compliance and Health and Safety

Typical Outputs:

- Resolve documentation and physical stock inaccuracies from suppliers
- Resolve documentation inaccuracies from NNB inventory team and expeditors
- Create a catalogue of items on the WMS, allowing for accurate receipting of shipments to all storage facilities
- Accurately recording all information for every delivery to enable reports for data analysis
- Allowing the end user to have visibility of items within the warehouse and on the WMS

Person specification

Experience, skills and attributes:

- Computer literate in particular Microsoft Office: Excel
- Awareness of Manhattan is desirable
- Experience of working in a Warehouse environment
- Stakeholder relationships
- Building customer relationships
- Attention to detail/accuracy - data input and compliance
- Background of analysing data and interpret
