Colchester, United Kingdom Nordic Experience Full time

Nordic Experience is one of the UK’s leading tour operators specialising in year-round tailor-made travel to Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland. We are now seeking an enthusiastic Travel Specialist to join our small team in our Colchester office.

There will be occasional travel to Nordic destinations in order to gain knowledge of the product. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday plus Saturdays on a rota basis during our busiest season. Part-time work will also be considered.

Call centre experience, especially in the travel sector will be a distinct advantage, but not essential. Good University Graduate status would also be appropriate. Product and Destination training will be given.
- Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment, ideally travel related
- A passion for, and experience in travel to any of the Nordic countries.
- An excellent telephone manner, together with written and verbal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- A flexible, positive and ‘can-do’ attitude.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

The position is immediate and full time though part time work will be considered.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
