**Telesales Executive

**Salary**: £23,000 + Uncapped bonus (realistic minimum OTE first year £27,000)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 2pm finish on a Friday.
Location: Quorum Business Park, Longbenton**

We are currently working in partnership with a global energy company who is branching out into the broadband space. They are looking for X4 enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join the team and bring on new customers to the broadband side of the business.As a Telesales Executive, you will be contacting warm leads from customers who have expressed an interest in the product and converting them into deals. There is uncapped earning potential, all leads are warm, and there is excellent progression opportunities

**The Telesales Executive Role**:
You will be paving the way for a new branch of the business. This is an exciting opportunity with a lot of progression opportunities and the opportunity to earn a lot of money in the process. You will be contacting warm leads from customers who have submittedan enquiry and turning these leads into sales. There are three levels of broadband that are offered, you will receive more bonus for upselling these products.

**Your duties as a Telesales Executive would involve**:

- Making outbound calls to consumers who have expressed interest in the service.
- Upselling additional products and services to maximise selling potential.
- Solving problems, going the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service
- Working towards monthly targets, i.e. sales, call handling times, targets, attendance and time keeping.
- Processing orders and updating customer accounts with relevant detail in an accurate and timely manner

**Requirements for the Telesales Executive role**:

- A great communicator and enthusiastic about helping customers.
- A passion about achieving goals and comfortable selling products that fit a customer's requirements.
- Thrive on learning new knowledge and skills and are quick to adapt.
- Know your way around a computer and can navigate multiple systems.
- Be self-motivated and can work from home with mínimal supervision.
- Be resilient and can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- **12 months previous direct sales experience essential - outbound telesales preferred.**
