We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to provide professional, cohesive and highly organised support to the HR Director, Chairman and Group Finance Director and to manage set projects and initiatives focussed on HR/Talent and Communication across the Group.

This full-time role is office based 4 days a week. Core hours are 9-5pm but flexibility outside these hours will be required to suit the needs of the business. There will be a small amount of international travel to support off site team events. You would have exposure across all areas of the business and have the opportunity to be involved in work beyond day-to-day Project Coordination tasks.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Human Resources / Talent**:

- Work closely with the HR Director to offer support with employee database, recruitment, on boarding, training & development and employee engagement.
- Managerial responsibility for the Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office buildings.
- Manage the role out of the Monty Mentorship Programme.
- Organise and deliver the Montgomery Recognition Scheme on a quarterly basis.

**Communication**:

- Communication strategy ensuring the Groups communication strategy is adhered to.
- Updating and management of company social media accounts and the Chairmans Linked In account.
- Plan all aspects of offsite team events, working within a budget to find a venue, arrange accommodation, catering and team building activities (you will be required to travel to some overseas events). These include the Company Presentation Day in the Summer and Meeting of Minds (MOM).
- Point of contact for all charity initiatives VTO, Annual Newsletter, Monty Matching Scheme.
- Facilitate Monty Lunchtime Speaker Programme, Best Practice Clubs and Biannual Town Halls.
- Take on the role of Editor of our quarterly Group digital magazine - The Full Monty.
- Manage our Group branding Join the Branding Working Group and ensure we align to our brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Social Committee and help communicate their offering and plans.

**Support Role**:

- Provide administrative and logístical support to the Chairman and CFO.
- Act as a primary point of contact, managing communications and scheduling diaries.
- Extensive and complex international travel arrangements.
- Organising meetings, taking & distribution minutes.
- You will be required to provide ad hoc team support.
- Timely completion of expense claims.
- Sustainability Support the Group Finance Director in his role as Chair of our Sustainability Working Group. Work with the Operations Team to deliver our sustainability strategy.

- Exercise discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the world-wide Senior Leadership Team.
