GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a **Tendering Support Officer** who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

**As the Tendering Support Officer your key responsibilities are**
- To provide administrative support to the Sales and Tendering section with regards to new projects and quotes in the market.
- Interpret customer requirements to ensure quotations meet customer expectations.
- Data entry into our internal company systems - new networks information such as plot types, developer contact information as well as project documentation.
- Deal with general customer/developer queries, enquiries and complaints regarding projects during the quotation process.
- Monitor, control and chase all projects within parameters agreed with the Regional Sales Managers

**About you**
- 5 GCES’s or equivalent
- Efficient and accurate data entry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Ability to use MS Outlook or equivalent.
