Eps Prefoam and Insulation Technician

Evobead is a fast expanding insulation material manufacturer and system designer supply to a customer network in the UK. We are looking at expanding and assisting our production and installation team in a full-time role.

Due to the nature of the business, we require someone who is willing to take on a role that is dynamic and could include a number of tasks that may change day to day.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) Prefoam and Insulation Technician to join our team. As an EPS Prefoam and Insulation Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of EPS (expanded polystyrene) products and installation of insulation materials in domestic properties in our area including loft and cavity wall insulation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate prefoaming machinery to produce EPS according to specifications.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper foam density and quality.
- Ensure the working area is operating clean and efficiently.
- Report stock levels
- Support the installing team fitting insulation materials in domestic properties in our area.
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific dimensions.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an EPS Prefoam and Insulation Technician or similar role would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of similar production processes and machinery.
- Familiarity with insulation materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret instruction and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
