**1 x Warehouse Administrator - Full Time, Permanent**

**Location: Coventry, CV5 6UQ**

**Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week**

**This is an onsite role at our Coventry Distribution Centre, CV5 6UQ**

**Position Summary**:
Administrating all records both physically and electronically, with respect to all Warehouse Training. Co-ordinating and communicating with Lead Trainers across all shifts, scheduling, reviewing and organising training for our Warehouse colleagues. Control all Warehouse WMS equipment. Organising updates, repairs and allocation. Writing, reviewing and updating all Warehouse Operational SSOW, working closely with the SLT and Health & Safety Manager. Keep detailed documents and provide key quality information so we are audit ready all times. Uniform control and allocation.

**Position Responsibilities**:
**Training**
- Management of the DC training matrices
- Management of DC & network briefings
- Arrange training sessions based on operational requirements
- Work closely with Shift Lead Trainers, arranging schedules and training requirements. Some out of hours contact maybe required

**Quality, Audits and SSOW Management**
- Review current SSOW’s, ensuring they are still fit for purpose and revise as necessary
- Management of DC & network briefings
- Monitor the completion of the safety knife audits on a monthly basis
- 6S Audits
- Health & Safety duties - Gemba walk, risk assessments etc.

**DC Administration**
- Management & issue of access of access control cards
- Ensure all WMS equipment is managed and allocated, arranging repairs as necessary
- Uniform ordering and allocation
- Management of lockers
- Planning and Allocation of Contractual Days
- Inputting and monitoring of PFP scheme for Warehouse colleagues

**Management Reporting**
- Complete weekly Management reports for labour resource
- Agency Payroll and PO’s
- KPI reporting for dept / warehouse

**General**
- Any reasonable request as directed by Warehouse Operations / Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager
- Full compliance with company Health and Safety, QIP, security and environmental KPI’s

Qualifications:
**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 0-1 year of general work experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office - Intermediate Excel and Word
- Excellent administration, organisation and time management skills
- Good level of communication both internally and to external suppliers
- Previous experience in a similar data entry, clerical or administration role
- Minimum level 2 English and Maths
