aligned objectives but speak different languages. This means that many high-impact land

**Your mission**:
We seek an entrepreneurial and ambitious Head of Origination (UK) to lead and shape our

commercial activities as we continue to scale up our business. This person will be responsible

for shaping and delivering our overall commercial efforts. They will lead and coach a high
- performing team working on landowner origination, business development, and project

finance.

As Zulu Ecosystem's Head of Origination (UK), you will initially report directly to the CEO and

contribute at a senior leadership level on the performance of our portfolio. This is a unique

opportunity to drive commercial innovation in the rapidly evolving natural capital

marketplace, catalyse real-world change, and profoundly impact the future of our natural

environment and the welfare of millions of people.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Source, develop and secure high impact commercial relationships - with landowners,

channel partners and corporate sponsors
- Develop, implement, and monitor ambitious origination targets in line with strategy
- Manage and develop the commercial team; instil customer focus and a culture of

high integrity and continuous improvement.
- Maintain excellent long term customer relationships
- Structure and negotiate project finance structures
- Direct and evaluate market research
- Oversee development of effective marketing materials and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Product, R&D and Operations teams on understanding and

delivering commercial and customer priorities
- Identify and manage key commercial and financial risks across the portfolio
- Actively contribute to the development of company strategy as key member of the

Senior Management Team

- Track record of originating projects in the nature or renewables arena
- Strategic thinker with passion for solving complex challenges in dynamic marketplac
- Self-starter with a growth mindset who has worked in fast-paced environments
- Enjoys working with a diverse mix of high-performing individuals
- Excellent communication skills; can distil complex themes into simple language that speaks to a range of different stakeholders
- Exceptional leader who can work collaboratively and influence decisions at all levels
- Experience in building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams
- Uncompromising integrity and strong level of self-awareness
- Financial modelling and contract negotiation skills
- Compelling presentation/pitching and client-facing skills
- Strong academic record in a related field is an advantage
