We are looking for a **Site Administrator**, where you’ll be involved in all things warehouse and transport.

You will be working as part of the GXO on site Management and admin team of approximately 20 colleagues, providing support to all elements of the on-site logistics that GXO supply to the customer, Diageo. You will be involved in working closely with the customer on-site production, management, and H&S teams. The GXO operation on site, is fast paced, constantly changing operation, driven by the customer production plans.

This is a full-time, permanent role and you will be required to work **Monday to Friday, **rotating shifts of 06:00-14:00, 08:00-16:00 & 14:00-22:00, we ask for some flexibility to meet customer requirements, this is logistics after all

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Responsible for the daily administration of stock and document control for site and all associated areas
- Providing support and effective communications for the wider administration team including other sites in the contract
- Assist in maintaining stock integrity and the process of managing claims against external parties
- Working to strict deadlines whilst demonstrating a flexible approach to delivering business requirements
- Building positive customer relationships and maintain accurate records and ensuring compliance at all times

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Excellent organisation and communication skills with ability to be flexible in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers & other internal departments
- A methodical approach combined with attention to detail and able to create basic MS Excel formulas. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Self-starter with a flexible and positive attitude with great influencing skills
