We are seeking an experienced and discreet Private Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to 2 busy entrepreneurs including their respective families. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of interesting tasks that will ensure the efficient operation of their day-to-day working and personal lives.

You will be an organised high performer who delivers differently, taking pride in getting things done and working at pace. A natural problem solver, you will have the ability to challenge bureaucracy and simplify processes along with being forward thinking and able to anticipate what is required. Experience within a similar PA role is essential with a good understanding of a typical UHNW lifestyle an advantage.

**The Details**:
Location - Whiteley, Hampshire (near Lidl) hybrid working - in office when Directors are in

Hours - (Both part-time and full-time considered) 25-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm, some weekend and outside core hours availability is required)

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)

**Your role will involve (but is not limited to)**:

- Extensive inbox management, coordinating busy calendars with meetings, appointments, events and travel
- A large portion of this role will be arranging international travel. We often require flights, seats, hotels, transfers, private air travel/boat transfers for multiple travellers. We would like you to take care of whatever is required to make travel as smooth as possible. You will be empowered to own the process end to end and produce an itinerary before the trip.
- Managing staff e.g. full-time driver and skipper for boat
- Managing insurance policies, tax and servicing for cars, offices, boats etc.
- Arranging lunch, tea & coffee for visitors in our office
- Office related tasks include scanning & filing, correspondence, receiving post, answering phone
- Research and prep for visitors coming to the office
- Organising flowers and gifts
- Organising payments
- Lifestyle requests e.g. booking tables at restaurants
- Coordinate family related services eg education, healthcare
