**Pathway Coach**

In addition to our onsite curriculum offer, we also offer an alternative provision outside of the college environment, which runs under the name of CORE (Creating Opportunities for Real Education).

We are looking for an individual to lead and deliver qualifications to groups of 16-18 year olds throughout their study programme, which is focussed on unlocking student’s abilities, harnessing their strength and enabling them to develop a path to reach their ultimate ambitions, whether this this to be further education, employment or combining the two with an apprenticeship.

**Salary**: £12,717 rising to £13,606 pro rata of £26,141 rising to £27,968

Hours: 18 hours per week (over 3 days)

Annual Leave: pro rata of 30 days, plus bank holidays, plus closure days at Christmas

Closing Date: Monday 27th November, 12 noon
