TAG specialises in the design and wholesale of sports fashion and teamwear across the UK. We’re looking to employ a part time Digital Assistant who will be based in Llanelli to help the sales and design team process orders and work with digital assets. As a Digital Assistant your key duties will be:

- Assembling and entering order data (such as sizes, names, numbers etc.) into ‘order forms’ that are factory ready.
- Updating and adding orders to production schedules.
- Identifying any missing or incorrect aspects and pursuing corrections and additions to get projects and orders to completion.
- Preparation of documentation for the Goods Inward Procedure.
- Adding and amending online products within team ‘club shops’.
- Using digital assets to create website pages.
- Creating clothing visuals for clients using pre-designed templates that require re-colouring and logos adding.
- Redrawing logos into vector format.
- Any Other General duties.

You will require these essential skills/experience
- Confidence and experience in working with computers.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good time management skills to organise projects.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator (not essential, training will be provided).
- Understanding of online content management systems such as WordPress.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Be able to handle constructive criticism in a positive way and welcome direction.
- The drive to work in a start-up business.
- To work very well in a small team.
- Basic knowledge of web and social media platforms.

As part of a small but growing business you will need to be happy to adapt and grow with the company, taking on new challenges and assisting the continual quality development of the company.

Working hours and times are flexible within the week (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm).

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From £10,000.00 per year
