**The Company**
Our client aims to support independent living for vulnerable adults, who have acute mental health, severe learning difficulties, alcoholism, drug addiction, and physical disabilities: all within a domestic environment embedded into local communities in order to promote their independence, understanding that everyone is individual and may need tailored support.
**The Role**:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Log all reported Issues onto the in-house system.
- Manage both reactive and planned works through to completion ensuring they are delivered with our set KPIs.
- Liaise with contractors/suppliers to ensure completion of all reported issues to a satisfactory and compliant standard.
- Ensuring complaints are escalated to the appropriate manager.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and statistics.
- First point of contact for third-party vendors regarding operational issues.
**What you need**:
- You MUST have Customer Service experience and a sensitive and resilient character - you will have to have the right nature to deal with vulnerable customers.
- Must have experience in a busy helpdesk/call centre environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Knowledge of property services/facilities management is preferred, but not essential.
