Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary SEND Business and Finance Officer to work with Bracknell Forest Council. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £14.16 (PAYE) or £17.50 (umbrella) per hour. The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing of invoices into the Council’s financial system (Agresso) and raising queries as needed.
- To work with the SEN finance team to ensure invoices are paid in accordance with council SLA agreements and ensure accurate recording of SEN placements and associated finance.
- Updating and maintaining the finance monitoring Excel spreadsheet. Ensuring financial information is recorded clearly, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and managing the finance mailbox.
- To provide flexible response and assistance to peak workloads e.g. financial Year End and statutory data returns.
- To work seamlessly with the Business & Systems Support Officers to deliver support to the SEND Officers and wider team.
- To support the clear monitoring of High Needs Funding to ensure SEN provision is delivered within the agreed budget, therefore keeping clear records of placements costs.

- **Qualifications**: N/A.
- **Experience**:Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams and Capita ONE would be an advantage.
- **Compliance**: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. 2 x references.
- **Travel**: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
- **Hours**: 37 hours p/w.
