**Job purpose**

The Finance Systems Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration and ongoing development of the NetSuite Finance system for Evelyn Partners. They will be the ‘go-to’ person for NetSuite, delivering a Finance systems platform that is reliable and responsive to users’ requirements.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems and Change, they will be a pivotal member of the Finance Systems and Change team working on multiple projects to deliver continuous improvement for all NetSuite users. They will also be responsible for the administration of some elements of the other Finance systems including SAP Concur for expenses, Diligent Highbond for controls, and PTX for bank payments.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Systems Administration**
- Be the ‘go-to’ person for day-to-day systems maintenance for NetSuite, Concur, Diligent and PTX, using their expertise to resolve users’ questions and problems in an approachable and timely way.
- Lead the Finance Systems and Change team’s relationship with key internal and external stakeholders including:

- NetSuite ACS support and other third-party system vendors
- Evelyn Partners’ Human Resources (HR) Systems team
- Evelyn Partners’ Digital & Technology Solutions team
- External and Internal audit teams
- Manage the Finance systems integration tasks for any M&A projects

**Systems Development**
- Work with the Finance Systems and Change team and their stakeholders to implement continuous improvements, deliver excellent user experiences and effective change
- Provide Finance systems technical expertise to current and future change projects
- Keep abreast of current and future developments in the NetSuite community, assessing potential enhancements for benefit to the company

**Systems Support**
- Plan and deliver a training program to allow new and existing users to confidently self-serve on our NetSuite platform
- Work to ensure all aspects of Finance systems administration are consistently aligned with company policy, industry best practice and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Proven technical experience of day-to-day NetSuite administration in Financial Services or similar industry
- Track record of successfully building long-term relationships of trusted advice and good judgement with stakeholders at all levels, including system vendors and support teams, senior Finance leaders, non-Finance and Finance users
- Good working knowledge of financial reporting processes and the wider control environment and regulatory landscape
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to deliver a consistently excellent service to the busy teams you will be supporting
- Demonstrable interest and experience in delivering training and enabling system users to fulfil their potential.
