**Job summary**: Support the collection and accurate recording of information along an RTT pathway Proactively monitor and validate RTT Pathways to ensure patients waiting times are accurately recorded Maintaining the Trust PTL, ensuring patients are placed on appropriate pathways Training departments or end users to ensure correct outcomes are chosen where appropriate Job responsibilities: Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Responsible for the Validation of all RTT Pathways to ensure that RTT rules and local Access policies and guidance have been followed To ensure that accurate and timely data is recorded on the Patient Administration System against the relevant RTT Pathway Liaise with the relevant department to facilitate the earlier booking of appointments or tests if patients are booked after their breach date To increase the Data Quality of patient pathways by feeding back themes to the relevant operational staff so training or system/workflow changes can be implemented where necessary To work on a 1-1 or group basis to ensure that all necessary staff have the relevant RTT training To run and action any RTT/Data Quality Reports as given by the Information or Data Quality Manager Any other duties as identified by the Information or Data Quality Manager
