**What we expect you to do**:
You will create customer reports informing customers on how the waste collected was disposed of using our bespoke system, The Hub or manually using Excel. The reports need to be tailored to suit each customer, they must be accurate but easy to use and sent by the agreed deadline.
Establishing relationships with our key suppliers you will obtain, record and keep up to date the destination end points that are used by contractors, to ensure all reporting is accurate and correct.
Ensure all contractors have the necessary legal documentation in place in order for NOVATI to utilise their services which will keep us and our customers compliant with current legislation. This includes but is not limited to obtaining insurance documentation, waste carrier’s licenses and site licenses, recording their expiry date and obtaining replacement documents as and when required.
You are required to ensure NOVATI complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001 management systems at all times, to ensure that all accreditations are maintained to the highest standard.
You will issue, track and monitor contractor assurance packs, you will work with our key suppliers to ensure full compliance.
An important element of the assurance pack is to maintain contractor and customer records, this will be done by using our bespoke system, the Hub ensuring all communication is relevant to the recipient.
You will need to be able to effectively deal with customer queries through thorough investigation and effective questioning, accurately recording the process using the Hub and providing an outstanding customer services experience
Issue all customers with annual Duty of Care documentation where possible through the Hub and track and report on compliance rates. You need to ensure that the information is correct and that the documents are signed and saved on the Hub.
You will be expected to complete contractor Duty of Care documentation, ensuring that the information is correct and the documents are signed and returned to the contractor to ensure that our Customers are legally compliant and that they experience no interruption to service.
You will conduct internal & external audits as part of maintaining the management system, a timescale and requirements will be agreed by the SHEQ Senior Executive.
**You must have**:
- Been a key player in effective team
- Achieved GCSE Grade C in Math’s, English & IT
- Excellent report writing skills
- Current full driving licence is essential
