This is a really exciting highly visible opportunity for an ambitious and driven ACA/ACCA/CIMA to join a PE-backed business in Blackburn during a period of sustained growth.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will consist of:

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Financial Analysis of business units in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Report into the Financial Controller providing clear controls within the finance function.
- Managing the year end accounts production and audit process.
- Cash Flow forecasts
- Improve the level of balance sheet control.
- Provide insightful analysis regarding the financial forecasting and budgeting process.
- Lead a strong and dynamic team of accountants overseeing the end-to-end production of financial and management accounts
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

The successful applicant will be an ambitious individual looking for strong career progression. They’ll need to have the self-motivation and gravitas to lead in the above role headlines, and they’ll need to hold relevant qualifications (ACA / ACCA /CIMA) andexperience. This would ideally suit a technically strong ACA seeking their second move within industry.
