**Job Vacancy: HR Advisor**
**Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire**

Responsibilities Include:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for HR policy and procedure inquiries.
- Supporting line managers with employee relations cases.
- Coordinating recruitment and selection processes.
- Preparing contracts of employment and contract amendments.
- Inputting and maintaining employee records on the company systems.
- Managing the appraisal process.
- Attending to general administrative tasks related to HR.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Unionised working environment experience
- Blue-collar hiring experience
- Excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

The role might require occasional travel to other sites within the group. They offer competitive remuneration and an engaging work environment.
