As an Aftersales Advisor/Administrator, you will work in a fast-paced environment, helping us to deliver industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction. In fact, you’ll impress our customers so much with the high level of service you consistently provide, they won’t think about going anywhere else.

**This is a fast-paced, busy role you will**:
Provide estimates, book and schedule in service and repair work, identify customer needs and accurately invoicing for work carried out

Keep customers regularly informed and up to date at every stage, advise completion times, identify and advise any delays and quickly respond to queries and questions

You will need to prioritise effectively to ensure that customers are contacted in a timely manner, advise confidently on any recommended course of action and additional repairs and products, maximising service department profitability whilst exceeding the customers’ expectations

Adhere to set processes, procedures, paperwork achieving targets and be a team player

**We are looking for the following essential key skills**:
Approachability, knowledge and helpfulness, answering customer's general questions and queries, as first impressions count

Great at building relationships, with a genuine interest in gathering and understanding customer requirements

Desire to provide the customer with the best experience every time, guiding and informing in their decision making

Experience in working in a customer-facing environment

Flexibility in the work you do and the hours, putting the customer first every time

Must hold a full UK Drivers’ License

Have high levels of attention to detail and be able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines and procedures with a good level of IT literacy

Experience within the motor trade is desirable but not essential, the desire to succeed is essential

Hours: 8 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and occasional weekends (Saturdays)
