**Our aim is to support our service users to develop new skills and live independently both at home and in the community.**

**We run exciting community hubs where our Service Users can learn and develop their skills.**

**These include gardening, radio, plan it buy it cook it and other engagement projects.**

We are expanding our Horley service and are looking for friendly, enthusiastic Activity Leaders to help run group sessions in our community hub in Horley. Under the guidance of the Manager you will help lead group activities.

You will need to demonstrate experience of learning needs and Sendco provision ideally in a teaching or special needs role with vulnerable adults or young people.

Ideally you will have some experience of care or activity provision but full training is provided for the right people. **Enquire today this could be the start of your exciting new career with us.**

**We love to develop our staff and will help you achieve a Diploma after you successfully pass your probation.**

You will receive outstanding support, leadership and person-centred training.

Some travel within Surrey will occasionally be required as roles may also support our Service Users at their homes in the community.

**Requirements**:

- You will need to have **access to a car at all times **and a **full clean UK Driving Licence**, as transporting service users is a requirement
- We do an **Enhanced DBS check **due to the nature of the role
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings
