This Finance Partner role will support and partner with key budget holders in the Faculty department, providing financial support, budget management, business planning, investment analysis and performance reporting. Additionally, the role will have supervisory responsibility for Finance Analysts and other members of the team.

You will have experience and achievement in a financial analyst role. As a strong team player with excellent communication, you will develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships within the University and externally. You will work closely with members of the FP&A team and with other finance colleagues, to support and contribute to the long-term strategic financial plan and overall strategy of the University.

You will be minimum a passed finalist working towards a professional accountancy body membership (CCAB), but preferable would be a fully qualified accountant with experience and achievement in a financial partnering role - ideally within a large complex organisation.

Applicants must meet all the essential criteria on the Person Specification to be considered for interview. This is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working options. The role will be based within the Finance Division at Lancaster University’s Bailrigg Campus.
