Job Title: Senior Corporate Finance Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Finance Advisor to join our team in Lancaster. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for leading corporate finance advisory services to a broad range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead corporate finance advisory services to a broad range of clients.
  • Oversee an experienced team, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Develop trusted client relationships, handling complex queries.
  • Champion the strategic direction of the firm, including scoping new service lines for existing clients and building a network of new business prospects.
  • Deliver sound technical knowledge in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
  • Provide constructive mentorship to junior staff.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a reputable accountancy practice in Lancaster at Partner Designate level, with the chance to make a real mark on a thriving firm of accountants and business advisors.

Requirements:

  • ACA qualified, with extensive experience within practice.
  • ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification if desirable but not essential.
  • Line management experience with a motivational and constructive approach.
  • Confident in championing business growth through networking.
  • A positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure.
  • Committed to delivering the highest quality service.
  • A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
