Festival Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity, which has been created on the back of recent success for one of our non-profit organisations who are experiencing huge success and natural growth. Are you an experienced administrator who is looking for a varied approach,working with creative individuals on an exciting education outreach programme for children? Then this could be the role for you.

This is a varied role, reporting into the PA to the CEO supporting with diary management, travel booking, collating information for reporting systems, supporting with communications, taking minutes and working alongside the wider senior team which coversareas of marketing, fundraising and outreach.

This role is based in Bradford who as a city are experiencing economic growth and success, recently awarded city of culture 2025.

**Key Responsibilities and duties include the following**:

- Providing support to EA to CEO & artistic Director
- Point of contact for all visitors, contractors and external support
- Diary and travel management/support
- Supporting with employee lifecycle/administration
- Processing data to support with compnay analysis and performance

**Skills and knowledge**:

- Excellent administrative skills and experience
- Highly organized
- Experience of working with CRM systems.
- Experience of using Mac.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
