Permanent HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor, based in Coleraine, competitive salary
**Your new company**
Is an industry leading manufacturing company. They operate across Ireland, the UK and international markets. As a result of continued success and growth within the company, Hays have been appointed to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their team. This isa full-time permanent position and a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation.
**Your new role**
As HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact in HR for managers queries You will act as a key influencer both within the HR function and with colleagues across the site and business. You will play a supportive role to the Site HR Manager in ensuringthat all functions within the HR department meet the need of the site and Group as required. Key responsibilities will include the recruitment & selection of staff, learning and development, review, update and communicate HR policies, employee relations, overseeingHealth & Safety and you will play a key role in the delivery of HR projects.
**What you'll need to succeed**
As HR Advisor, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in the areas outlined above. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and making key decisions in line with business requirements. You will have a CIPD qualification, be proficientin Microsoft suite and possess excellent communication skills. You will also have good working knowledge of NI law.
