We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 16 existing regions and 3 timber frame factories. Right now, as part of our continued growth plans, our Partnerships Northern Home Counties Division are seeking to recruit an experienced Buyer to join our expanding Commercial Team based out of our offices in Cheshunt.

As a Buyer, you will provide a full range of cost control and financial reporting duties on all aspects of materials for construction work. Alongside the Managing Buyer, you will be accountable and responsible for the performance of the sites in your control. Duties will include but not limited to analysing variation orders and providing material costs to the Surveying team, providing material schedules from working drawings, preparing tender documentations and letters and, producing materials budgets for surveyors.

You will have experience within a similar role, preferably within a residential developer. Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal skills are essential.
