Oue client is a reputable survey firm operating in the Midlands area, specialising in providing comprehensive surveying services for various infrastructure projects. With a team of around 30 dedicated professionals, we are committed to delivering accurate and reliable data to support our clients' needs.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting field surveys using advanced surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners, to measure and map land features, boundaries, and topography.
- Performing boundary surveys to establish property lines, easements, and rights-of-way in accordance with legal requirements and client specifications.
- Collecting and analysing survey data to produce detailed maps, plats, and reports for use in engineering, construction, and land development projects.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that surveying requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
- Utilising surveying software and CAD programs to process, analyse, and interpret survey data and generate accurate maps and drawings.
- Adhering to surveying standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure the quality and integrity of survey results.
- Conducting research and analysis to identify relevant property records, legal documents, and survey data for use in land surveying projects.
- Providing technical support and guidance to junior surveying staff as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in surveying, geomatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in land surveying, including proficiency in using surveying instruments, equipment, and software.
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, principles, and methodologies, including boundary surveying, topographic surveying, and construction staking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across the Midlands region.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
