Due to our ongoing success and planned strategic growth, we're expanding our team in Sheffield and seeking two highly skilled and motivated Development Planner /Surveyors.

The role:

You will be responsible for supporting the regional team in identifying, acquiring, and promoting land within the region. You will be involved in all aspects of the strategic land lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities, managing schemes through the planning process and assisting in the land sale.

You will also:

  • Keep updated on prevailing market conditions, planning policies, and legal frameworks.
  • Prepare submissions for agents and landowners.
  • Foster and grow a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

You will be self-motivated, resilient, organised, and flexible to react to new situations. Hold a relevant degree or equivalentand ideally have experience in a similar role within the public of private sector. Have excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and project management skills, be able to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively and work independently and as part of a team. Being an RTPI or RICS member would be advantageous but is not essential.
