**The role**

We’re currently recruiting for a Team PA to join the BPA and Reinsurance Retirement Solution team and our Commercial team to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial services to support an efficient and productive work environment.

We are looking for a proactive and diligent individual who can support our team as we grow. Initially, you will be working with 4 senior leaders providing PA support as they build their teams to deliver their ambitious and exciting objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a highly efficient, reliable and proactive secretarial service to business leaders or teams to support their business effectiveness.
- Build effective working relationships with business leaders and senior stakeholders to support business effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and highlight issues for business leaders to action to ensure appropriate prioritisation is made and deadlines are met.
- Co-ordinate centralised processes such as travel bookings, expenses claims etcto support the business leader or team.
- Working in an extremely fast paced environment responding to requests often within short timescales.
- Being able to deal with multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
- Anticipating the demands and pressures placed on business leaders and teams in order to prioritise work accordingly.

**What We’re Looking For**
- You will have previous experience in a PA or Team PA role.
- You can prioritise your tasks efficiently.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. You are capable of successfully interacting with all levels of the organisation.
- You ensure absolute confidentiality and discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- You are flexible and have a can do attitude. You have excellent problem solving skills and react quickly to both internal and external business needs.
- Confident user of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with HR admin and onboarding activities would be ideal but not essential.
