New Client Executive - Job Specification
- This role is office based.
- Working hours are 8.45 - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday
- Bonuses applicable if targets and KPI’s are met
Main Responsibilities
- Managing a pipeline of incoming referrals from clients.
- Calling the referrals to register them for payment.
- Confirming contractors’ personal information to ensure data is correct.
- Answering inbound calls.
- Adding and amending data on CRM.
- Updating the shared MS Excel workbooks.
- Liaising with our clients and building report with them.
- Responding to contractor queries and objections relating to the sign-up process.
- Managing team outlook inbox.
- Liaising with the Compliance department where applicable.
- Chasing contractors that have not yet completed their registrations.
Must Have
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Motivation to hitting targets and KPI’s
- Competent using MS Excel and Outlook
- Punctual and well-presented
- High level of attention to detail
Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
