As a **Kitchen Porter** at Sodexo **TotalEnergies House, Westhill, **you will play a vital role in guaranteeing our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the serving of our vibrant meals and ensuring that all work areas are clean and tidy. **What you’ll do**:

- Clean and sanitise equipment and workstations
- Ensure that pots, crookery, and utensils are properly washed and stored.
- Ensure pot wash area and machinery is kept clean
- Serve and replenish food from counters and steamtables and break down stations at the end of meal periods
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and replenishment

**What you bring**:

- Cheerful outlook, professionalism and respect for others
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Willing to learn new skills e.g., Health & Safety, Health & Hygiene, Food Safety
- Basic food-handling skills are desirable, but not essential, as long as you are willing to learn.
- No previous work experience required
