Kitchen Porter

Entier Ltd are currently recruiting for a **Kitchen Porter** to join our growing Entier global family. This role will be based at The Olive House in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

This position is for **40** hours per week, times 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday

**Main responsibilities of the role are**:

- To ensure all crockery, pots and utensils used in the preparation, production and service of food is cleaned and stored in a tidy manner in designated areas.
- To make sure that the Dishwash area, Kitchen and service areas are clean, tidy and attractive at all times.
- Ensure stores areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and floors are kept clear of stock.
- Ensure chemical solutions for cleaning are available for employees to use and correct storage and use of PPE guidance is adhered to and any ordering requirements are communicated to Line Manager / Head Chef.
- Ensure correct procedures are followed when receiving deliveries and appropriate paperwork completed and any discrepancies communicated to Line Manager / Head Chef
- Ensure deliveries are put in appropriate stores as soon as possible and stock rotation in adhered to - communicating with Line manager if use by dates is near.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are completed as required and passed to Line Manager /Head Chef at the end of each week.

We offer an excellent rate of pay at **£11.53 per hour**.
